2025 Tune-Up Party @ the SouthSide Works
Wednesday, July 16, 6-9 PM
Registration closes on Monday, July 14 at noon. No entries will be allowed after that and you can not pay at the event.
The PVGP looks forward to celebrating our 43rd year by partying SouthSide Style. The contribution is only $50 to put your vehicle in the Car Showcase. Entrants also receive two free drinks at one of several drink stations within the show. The PVGP will have a live band in front of the Cheesecake Factory.
The Grand Prix’s Tune-Up Party has been a popular Race Week event since it was created in 2006. It debuted at Bossa Nova downtown on 6th Street and grew so large that it spread across the river to the Roberto Clemente Bridge and PNC Park, then to Heinz Field. The party shifted gears and found a new home at the SouthSide Works in 2021. Hundreds of cars will gather for a fabulous car show, including race cars, exotics, antiques and show cars for this exciting street festival in the streets surrounding SHOP 412 and the SouthSide Works Town Square.
Cost
Participation in this year's Tune-Up Party is still just $50. You get a reserved parking spot within the Automotive Showcase on the streets of the SouthSide Works. Two drink coupons for the driver, redeemable at one of the drink stations are included. You can also register any guests for $20 each to receive two complimentary drink coupons. There are plenty of great places to Eat & Drink(opens in a new tab) in Town Square. The PVGP will also have food and drink trucks available. The Altered Egos will perform in the plaza before the Cheesecake Factory.
