Vendor Village is an affordable way to be a part of one of the world's best Motorsport events!

Schenley Park Race Weekend - July 18-19

The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Race Weekend in Schenley Park is the ultimate Western PA event to showcase your products and services with 50,000 weekend spectators. Founded in 1983, the PVGP has grown to become the country’s largest vintage race event and the only one run on city streets.

Each Vendor Village spot now includes a PVGP-supplied hi-peak white tent with a back wall. This dramatically improves appearance and set-up while increasing traffic flow through the entire area. Tables, chairs, tent sidewalls and electricity are available for rent and will be in your tent upon arrival on Friday.

A tent back wall is included with an area behind your tent to park your support vehicle. If you have a vehicle longer than 15 feet or second vehicle you will not be able to park it behind your tent.

If you have your own tent, display, or custom trailer that you feel you must use please contact Don Privett at (412) 390-4712 to discuss location and pricing options.

Vendors can set-up from noon – 7:00 PM on Friday. Special permission is needed if you want to move in between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM Saturday. You must be moved out by 7:00 PM Sunday. Sales begin at 9 AM and close at 5:00 PM. This village is on a golf course so your display can not have RVs, heavy equipment, or building materials. Please call to discuss if your display involves more than a tent, table, and chairs.

Waterfront Car Cruise - Tuesday, July 14,

Our popular Car Cruise at the Waterfront in Homestead draws a large crowd that’s already in a shopping mood. Spots are $250 each. The event runs from 4:00 – 9:00 PM, with set-up at 2:00 PM. Vendor Spaces are 3 standard parking spots. No quantity discounts - $250.00 for each space

Restrictions

There shall be no selling of merchandise outside of your display area. You are not permitted to display or sell any materials deemed by the PVGP or the City of Pittsburgh to be offensive or that convey hate speech.

Insurance Required
