MINI is Marque of the Year for the 2024 Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix and we have activities planned for both race weekends.


Schenley Park - MINI MOY Car Show and Parade Lap - August 3-4, 2024

This special show car show will remain on German Hill in a shaded private area with a view of Turn 13 on the track. The main gate on Schenley Drive and Forbes Avenue intersection (opens in a new tab)(opens in a new tab)(opens in a new tab)opens each day at 8:00 AM for preregistered cars and at 9:30 AM for non-registered cars. The show runs until 5:00 PM each day. Enter through Gate E on Schenley Drive. Preregistered cars can enter starting at 8:00 AM. Non-registered cars must wait until 9:30 am if there is space available. Show ends at 5:00 PM. The event held rain or shine. Sorry - there are no single-day discounts.

Cost: $95 per car includes

  • A weekend display spot for your MINI.
  • Parade Lap of the track in your MINI at 11:00 AM Sunday.
  • Lunch for 2 on Saturday at the MINI of Pittsburgh tent
  • PVGP MINI Poster, Race Program and decal.
  • 2 wristbands ($10 each value) for access to show field and start/finish area.. (opens in a new tab)


MINI Gathering at Pitt Race - Saturday, July 27, 2024

Your $50 Entry Donation includes:

  • Single day gate entry into the Pitt Race facility for two adults (children 12 and under are free).
  • Additional adults are $25 each.
  • Parking spot on the lawn overlooking the final turns of the race track.
  • Entry into MINI of Pittsburgh Hospitality Tent.
  • Track offers food concessions and Helltown Beer nearby.


Registration

When you register and pay online, please print or save the receipt on your mobile device. You will need to bring that receipt to (opens in a new tab)gain entry to the Car Show field at Schenley Park at the top of Schenley Drive and at Pitt Race. Your receipt will contain a QR code that will be scanned upon entry to facilitate a quick and touchless process. Event happens rain or shine. No refunds given after July 30th

Thank you for supporting the PVGP and our charities. This is a fundraiser that provides residential care, treatment and support for people with autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities. With your help, we have donated $6.7 million to charity since 1983

The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is the nation’s largest vintage street race and a premier motorsport festival, blending the excitement of racing with car shows, parties, and parades — all set against the scenic backdrop of Pittsburgh.

Now entering our 44th year, the PVGP has earned international acclaim, including back-to-back finalist honors for Motorsport Event of the Year at the 2024 and 2025 International Historic Motoring Awards. The PVGP also won the 2025 Classic Motorsports Editors’ Choice Award.

More than just a celebration of automotive history, the PVGP is driven by purpose. Since 1983, we’ve raised over $7 million to support individuals with autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities. Thanks to our passionate volunteers, attendees, and partners, the PVGP continues to thrive as a world-class event with lasting impact.
